AutoReply AI operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment is made, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited under any circumstances. Please read this policy carefully and ensure you are fully satisfied with your plan choice before completing payment.
1. No Refund Policy
AutoReply AI does not offer refunds, partial refunds, plan cancellations, or credits for any of the following reasons:
- Change of mind after completing payment
- Dissatisfaction with AI reply quality or accuracy
- Unused portion of a monthly or yearly subscription
- Failure to use the Service after purchase
- Accidentally purchasing the wrong plan
- Switching to a different plan mid-cycle
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
- WhatsApp or Meta platform outages or policy changes
- Internet or device issues on your end
- Business closure or discontinuation of use
2. How Plans Work
- All paid plans are activated immediately upon successful payment
- Monthly plans are valid for 30 days from the date of payment
- Yearly plans are valid for 365 days from the date of payment
- Your plan remains active until the expiry date regardless of usage
- Plan upgrades are only available after your current plan has expired — you cannot upgrade mid-cycle
- On expiry, your account reverts to the Free plan automatically
We recommend starting with a monthly plan to evaluate the Service before committing to a yearly plan.
3. Subscription Renewal
- AutoReply AI does NOT automatically charge your card on renewal
- You will receive a reminder notification 3 days before your plan expires
- Renewal is entirely your choice — you manually select and pay for a new plan
- If you do not renew, your account simply reverts to the Free plan
4. Payment Failures
- If your payment fails, your current plan remains unchanged
- No charges are applied for failed payment attempts
- You will be notified of payment failures via push notification
- You may retry payment at any time
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. While our policy is strictly no-refunds, we may at our sole discretion consider a credit (not a refund) in the following limited cases:
- A proven technical error on our end that prevented you from accessing the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours
- A duplicate payment caused by a verified system error
Such cases are evaluated individually and AutoReply AI's decision is final. Submitting a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us will result in immediate account termination.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargeback Warning
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with us will result in immediate and permanent termination of your AutoReply AI account. All associated data will be deleted. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with full documentation of your agreement to this no-refund policy at the time of purchase.
7. Your Acknowledgement
By completing payment on AutoReply AI, you confirm that:
(1) You have read and understood this No-Refund Policy in full;
(2) You acknowledge that all payments are final and non-refundable;
(3) You have reviewed the plan features and limits before purchasing;
(4) You agree to resolve any disputes directly with AutoReply AI before initiating any chargeback;
(5) You accept that this policy was clearly displayed to you before payment was processed.
