Can it reply in Marathi or Hindi?
It understands Hindi, Marathi and Hinglish. In our tests a Marathi question got a Marathi answer and a Hinglish question got a Hinglish one; some replies come back in English, and the "we'll confirm" line is always in English.
My clients message on Instagram too. Does it handle that?

Do I have to give up my WhatsApp Business app?
