Delete your
data.

1. If you have an AutoReply AI account

You can delete your account and its data yourself, at any time. You do not need to ask us.

• Sign in at autoreplyai.in/app, or open the AutoReply AI app on Android or iPhone — either works, so you never need to install the app just to delete your account
• Go to Settings → Delete account
• Confirm with the one-time code we send you
• Your account then enters a 7-day recovery window, so an accidental deletion can be undone. After it passes, the account is deactivated and queued for permanent deletion

2. If you cannot sign in

If you have lost access to your account and still want your data deleted, send us the request through our contact form. Tell us the email address the account was registered with so we can identify it. We will verify that the account is yours before deleting anything — this protects you from someone else deleting your data.

3. If you are a customer of a business that uses AutoReply AI

If you messaged a business and want that conversation deleted, contact that business directly. The conversation belongs to them, not to us — we only process it on their behalf, and they can delete it from their inbox themselves at any time. If they ask us to help, we will.

Separately, every conversation is deleted automatically 90 days after it happens, whether or not anyone asks.

• Your FAQs, menus, and AI configuration
• Your connected channel credentials — WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and email
• Your conversations and the messages inside them
• Your usage and analytics records

• 7 days — the recovery window, during which you can still change your mind
• Within 30 days of your request — permanent deletion is completed
• 90 days — the automatic expiry clock on all conversation data, which runs regardless of whether anyone requests deletion
